OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is a technology that converts images containing text into editable text. Our OCR tool uses Google Vision API to accurately recognize text in various Indian languages from images and PDF documents.
Our OCR tool supports PNG, JPG/JPEG images and PDF documents. The maximum file size allowed is 10MB per file.
OCR uses a credit-based system. Each page or image extraction uses 1 credit. You can purchase credit packs starting from ₹19 for 10 pages. Larger packs offer better value - for example, ₹999 for 1200 pages (₹0.83/page).

Yes, OCR credits are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. We use a FIFO (First In, First Out) system, meaning your oldest credits are used first. You'll receive notifications before credits expire.
Yes! You can purchase multiple credit packs and they will be added to your balance. Each purchase has its own 2-year expiry date, and oldest credits are used first.
No, OCR credits are global. You can use your credits to extract text from any supported Indian language. You don't need to buy separate credits for each language.
Our OCR uses Google Vision API which provides high accuracy for Indian language text recognition. For best results, ensure your images have good lighting, clear text, and sufficient resolution.
Yes! You can upload PDF documents and extract text from individual pages or all pages at once. Each page extraction uses 1 credit.
If OCR fails due to a technical error on our end, your credit will not be deducted. Credits are only deducted for successful extractions.
Your credit balance is displayed at the top of the OCR page when you're logged in. You can also see detailed information including expiry dates by clicking on your balance.
Yes! New users get 5 free OCR extractions to try the service. After using your free quota, you'll need to purchase a credit pack to continue.
Your subscription allows access from one device/computer at a time. If you need to use our services on multiple devices simultaneously, you can add more devices for an additional charge. Your previous session will be automatically logged out when you log in from a new device.
Yes, if you wish to use our services on multiple devices simultaneously, there is an additional charge of 50% of the total subscription cost for each additional device. Please contact our support team to set up a multi-device subscription.
